Confidentiality
Coaching is grounded in a confidential relationship, wherein the coach commits to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all shared information. Exceptions to this confidentiality arise only in circumstances where disclosure is mandated by law or when the safety of the client or others may be at risk. There may be instances when the information you disclose needs to be communicated more broadly; however, we will address this matter collaboratively to ensure your comfort. Whenever feasible, you will be encouraged to take the initiative in sharing such information with others. Any notes the Coach makes during the Session or about You are kept confidential. You understand that on occasion the Company may anonymously share generalized information for training or
consultation purposes with other Coaching professionals. Your identity and any information that could lead to Your identification will remain entirely confidential.
